1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of limitlessprints.co.za and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Limitless Prints is a custom printing business based in Cape Town, South Africa.
2. Our Products & Pricing
We offer custom-printed apparel, signage, and related products, made to order. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
3. Orders
Placing an order through our site or Custom Product Designer is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is unavailable or a design cannot be produced as submitted). We’ll confirm your order once accepted. For custom orders, we’ll confirm final artwork, sizing, and quantities with you before production begins — see our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens after approval.
4. Your Artwork & Designs
If you supply or create artwork, logos, or designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. You’re responsible for the accuracy of any text, spelling, and design elements in artwork you approve for print.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not see or store your card or banking details — see our Privacy Policy for details. Full payment is generally required before we begin production, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, for approved B2B accounts).
6. Delivery
We aim to have your order produced and delivered within the timeframe communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they’ve been handed to the courier for delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Limitless Prints name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission. You retain ownership of any original artwork or designs you supply to us, and by submitting it, you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care in producing every order, we don’t accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Protection Act). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
